Strategy of the Netmedia S.A. capital group envisages a dynamic growth of its operations primarily in the travel industry where it has the strongest competitive position. It is also a very prospective and rapidly growing market. The expansion is accompanied by efforts to maintain high profitability levels. The group's operations are to large extent based on the Internet, it is what all its areas of operations have in common. Great emphasis is placed on remaining technologically innovative and on following trends existing in today’s Internet.

The Management Board ensures that subsidiaries and affiliates achieve these objectives through:

  • consolidation of the travel industry market through potential further acquisitions,
  • further development and improvement of IT solutions,
  • organic growth based on sales and marketing activities,
  • effective integration of acquired entities in order to maximize the synergies,
  • strict control of operating costs, in particular selling expenses and general overheads.

The role of the holding company Netmedia S.A. is to support group companies in achievement of their goals. This is done through direct involvement and assistance in strategic, tactical, and sometimes also operational tasks.
