Poland constitutes the basic area of activity of the Netmedia Group. The Company Headquarters is situated in Warsaw. Additional branches function in Rzeszow and Poznan, with staffs of several commerce specialists, dealing mostly in the area of business travels.
On March 31st, 2010 Netmedia has completed the first foreign acquisition, thus expanding the Company's activity to a foreign market. Netmedia has acquired 70% of shares (88% at present) in the Romanian company - C&D Solutions, the owner of the most popular Romanian tourism portals - TourismGuide.ro and AllSeasons.ro. This marks the beginning of the Company's expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.
