Netmedia deals in comprehensive servicing of the real estate market in the areas of IT solutions and online offer presentation. We provide high-quality tools used by individual persons, real estate agents, local real estate agent networks, associations of real estate agents as well as developers.

Netmedia is the owner of our independently developed LocumNet MLS system. MLS systems are designed to facilitate the cooperation between real estate agents, providing them with information and functionalities making it easier for the agent to manage the offers and service the customers. Our LocumNet system is currently the most advanced MLS system in Poland, as well as the only one that fully meets the demands of real estate agents and their associations.

Currently only a slight part of the real estate market is serviced by MLS systems. On highly developed markets the MLS systems constitute the basis for operation. A significant growth in the meaning of MLS systems in Poland during the forthcoming years has been predicted.
