The new strategy of Netmedia S.A.

The general strategy of the company is to create possibilities of maximum growth, while maintaining high profitability and net gain at the same time.

 The managing board intends to implement this strategy by means of:

  • organic growth based on marketing activities, sales and implementation of new IT tools
  • investments oriented on the consolidation of the market and the control of exploitation costs, allowing to facilitate dynamic growth of the company and to maintain satisfactory profitability

 

The managing board wants to focus on the touristic area and to become a leader in Central and Eastern Europe. The managing board will also continue to enlarge the capital group both in Poland and abroad in order to consolidate the market. Controlling stake in all acquired entities will always be the managing board’s aim.
