Corporate governance determines the way of dividing the rights and responsibilities between several groups of interest within the company, especially between the Executive Board and the shareholders. The Executive Board of Netmedia SA believes that the rules of corporate governance greatly influence the transparency of all business activities and strengthen the trust of the cooperating parties towards the company.
Netmedia declares to abide by the rules included in the "Good Practices of the Companies Quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange", with the exclusion of rules I/1 (partly), I/5 i III/8.
